Old Fashioned Clothes Pins are an excellent medium to whittle to experience " The Joy of Woodcarving". Put a few in your pocket to take with you to whittle wherever you may go! Below is a slide show of some of the cloths pins I have whittled using simply a knife and occasionally a small V tool and gouge.
I would personally like to thank Rick Bishop of Germantown, Ohio. Rick is a highly accomplished wood carver who first exposed myself and others to this medium in the Facebook group Woodcarving 101 "The Joy of Woodcarving.
